These guidelines are designed to promote safety, reduce risk and protect the interests of the university, its volunteers and the community they serve. • Whether you’re a student or full-time staff member, anyone handling cash for a university job is required to take cash-handling training. Don’t prolong the start date for your new cashiering job; plan ahead and impress your interviewer with the training already on your resume. These classes are offered only periodically, so sign up now for a one-hour training session on Oct. 1.
